In short: We offer five main formation packages: Digital (£290), Certified (£450), Privacy (£1,000), Fully Inclusive (£1,400) and Entrepreneurs Choice (£2,400). All include the £100 Companies House fee and VAT. Each package builds on the one before, so the choice depends on whether you need printed documents, address privacy, filing and tax registrations, or a ready-made online presence.
Choosing a formation package can feel confusing, but the decision is simple once you know what each one adds. All our packages form a UK private limited company and include the £100 Companies House incorporation fee and VAT.
Digital package: £290
The Digital Package is for founders who are happy to receive everything electronically and already have a suitable UK address for the registered office. It includes:
- the Companies House fee and a name check;
- a digital certificate of incorporation;
- memorandum and articles of association, share certificates and company registers;
- identity verification by us as a Companies House ACSP, and your personal code;
- your company authentication code;
- HMRC Corporation Tax registration;
- an online client account, anti-money laundering (AML) checks and lifetime support.
Certified package: £450
The Certified Package includes everything in Digital, plus printed company documents and professionally bound articles, posted to you anywhere in the world. This suits you if a bank, investor or overseas authority wants paper documents.
Privacy package: £1,000
The Privacy Package adds the services most people need to keep their home address off the public register:
- a registered office address in London or Edinburgh for the first year;
- a director service address for the first year;
- a virtual trading address;
- a free .co.uk domain;
- first board meeting minutes.
Every company's registered office and every director's service address are public. If you work from home, this package keeps your home address private.
Fully Inclusive package: £1,400
The Fully Inclusive Package adds three services that save time in the first months:
- a company filing service;
- VAT registration;
- PAYE registration, so you can run payroll and pay yourself or staff a salary.
Entrepreneurs Choice: £2,400
The Entrepreneurs Choice Package is our top, launch-ready package: your company formed and found online from day one. It includes everything in Fully Inclusive, plus:
- a Google Business Profile, Facebook page and Instagram business account set up;
- listings on 50 UK business directories;
- business email and a one-page website on your free .co.uk domain;
- a UK trade mark check on your company name.
We set the profiles up and hand them over, and you run them. Google verifies every Business Profile itself, and your business must meet Google's eligibility rules.
Other company types
Not every business is a standard private limited company. We also form:
- companies limited by guarantee (£290), often used by clubs and not-for-profits;
- LLPs (£290), which need at least two designated members;
- charitable companies (£450);
- property management companies (£750);
- public limited companies (£1,900).
If you live outside the UK, our Non-Resident Package costs £1,500.
How to choose
Ask yourself four questions:
- Do I need paper documents? If yes, start at Certified.
- Do I want my home address off the public record? If yes, choose Privacy or above.
- Will I register for VAT or run payroll soon? If yes, Fully Inclusive saves you doing it later.
- Do I want customers to find me online from day one? If yes, Entrepreneurs Choice sets up your Google profile, social media, email and website for you.
If none apply, Digital is usually enough. You can add services later, such as a Registered Office Address for £250 a year.
What you need to provide
- the company name you want;
- details of each director, shareholder and person with significant control (PSC);
- a registered office address (or use ours);
- your SIC code, which describes your business activity;
- a registered email address for Companies House.
Since 18 November 2025, every director and PSC must verify their identity with Companies House. As a Companies House Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), we can complete the identity check for you, remotely, as part of your order, and give you your Companies House personal code.
How long it takes
Once we have your details and every director and PSC has verified their identity, we submit the application to Companies House. Companies House usually processes online applications quickly, but it can take longer if it needs to check something. Printed documents in the Certified package and above are posted after the company is registered.
