Who it suits
This service suits new companies and small businesses that need a professional identity without hiring a full branding agency. You get a logo you can use everywhere, from your website and social media to invoices and signs, and business cards ready for your first meetings.
Your logo is designed by our design partner. We manage the project and stay your point of contact, with support in 7 languages.
A good logo is simple, easy to read at small sizes and suits the kind of customers you want. It does not need to explain everything your business does. The brief at the start is where you tell us what matters, so the concepts are focused from the first round instead of being guesses.
How it works
- Brief. You answer a short set of questions: what your business does, who your customers are, colours or styles you like or dislike, and any logos you admire.
- Concepts. Our design partner prepares 3 different logo concepts.
- Changes. You choose one concept and ask for changes. Two rounds of changes are included.
- Final files. You approve the logo and we send you the final files.
- Business cards. We design your cards with the new logo and your details, and send you a proof.
- Printing. Once you approve the proof, we print 250 cards and deliver them to your UK address.
The files you receive
You get your logo in colour, in black and in white, so it works on light and dark backgrounds. Files are supplied for print (for printers and sign makers) and for web (for your website, email signature and social media).
Before you start
- Check the name. Make sure your business name is final. Changing it after the logo is designed means starting again.
- Check the register. A logo is easier to protect when the name is not already registered by someone else. If the brand matters to your business, consider a UK Trade Mark Application.
- Think about use. A logo must still work very small, such as on a phone screen, and in one colour.
Business card details
The 250 cards are for one person. Tell us the name, job title, phone number, email and website to show. If more people in your team need cards, ask us for a quote. For a UK company, it is good practice to include the company's registered name.
What you can do with your logo
Once you have your logo, put it to work across your business. See Social Media Setup and One-Page Website. You can also use it on your company seal and stamp designs where appropriate.
Common mistakes
- Choosing a design that only works in full colour
- Asking for too many ideas in one logo
- Printing cards before checking every phone number and email address
- Designing a logo for a business name that is not yet final
