In short: Entrepreneurs Choice is our top package at £2,400, including VAT and the £100 Companies House fee. You get everything in the Fully Inclusive Package — formation, London or Edinburgh registered office, director service address, printed documents, VAT and PAYE registration — plus a Google Business Profile, Facebook page and Instagram account set up, listings on 50 UK business directories, business email and a one-page website on your free .co.uk domain, and a UK trade mark check on your company name. Most companies are registered within 24 hours; the online set-up follows once the company exists.
What's included
Everything in Fully Inclusive, plus:
- The £100 government fee Companies House charges to register a new company. It's already included in our price — there's nothing extra to pay.
- We check your proposed name against the Companies House register and the naming rules, and suggest alternatives if it's taken or needs approval.
- The official certificate from Companies House proving your company exists, with its name, number and date of incorporation.
- The memorandum records who founded the company; the articles are the company's rulebook — how directors make decisions, how shares work and more.
- A document for each shareholder showing how many shares they own. You'll often need it to open a bank account or prove ownership.
- The legal records every company must keep: members (shareholders), directors, people with significant control and more. We set them up for you.
- Every director and person with significant control must verify their identity with Companies House. As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) we can do it for you remotely and give you your personal code.
- A six-character code from Companies House that works like your company's signature for online filings. Keep it safe.
- We register your new company with HMRC for Corporation Tax, so you're set up to pay tax on profits from the start.
- Track your order, fill in company details, download your documents and message our team in one place — and ask us questions for as long as you're a client.
- The legally required checks on the people behind a company (UK Money Laundering Regulations). We complete them as part of your order.
- Lifetime email and phone support
- Your certificate, articles and share certificates printed on quality paper — useful when a bank or authority abroad wants originals.
- The memorandum records who founded the company; the articles are the company's rulebook — how directors make decisions, how shares work and more.
- We send your printed documents to you anywhere in the world by post.
- Your company's official address on the public register, where Companies House and HMRC send letters. Ours keeps your home address private; we scan and email your official mail.
- The address shown publicly for each director instead of their home address. Your home address still goes to Companies House but stays private.
- A professional business address you can put on your website, invoices and marketing.
- A free .co.uk web address matching your company name, registered for you.
- A written record of the company's first board meeting, which approves things like issuing shares and opening a bank account.
- We prepare and file your company's routine Companies House paperwork, so you don't miss a deadline.
- We register your company for VAT with HMRC. It's compulsory once taxable turnover goes over £90,000 in 12 months, and optional below that.
- We register your company as an employer with HMRC, so you can pay salaries (including directors') through payroll.
- We create your free Google Business Profile so you can appear on Google Search and Maps. Google verifies it separately, which can take a few days.
- We set up your Facebook business page with your logo, contact details and opening hours, ready for you to post.
- We set up an Instagram business account for your company, linked to your Facebook page.
- We list your business on 50 UK online directories with the same name, address and phone, which helps people — and Google — find and trust you.
- We set up professional email on your .co.uk domain (for example you@yourcompany.co.uk) with the provider you choose. The provider's subscription is paid by you.
- A free .co.uk web address matching your company name, registered for you.
- We search the UK trade mark register to check your company name isn't already registered as a trade mark by someone else. It isn't a trade mark application.
Who the Entrepreneurs Choice Package is for
Forming a company is only the first step. Customers also need to find you. Entrepreneurs Choice is our complete, launch-ready package: your company is formed and visible online from day one. It suits you if:
- You are opening a local business, such as a trade, a salon, a café or a mobile service, and want people nearby to find you on Google.
- You want a professional email address and a simple website before you print business cards.
- You plan to win customers through Facebook and Instagram.
- You would rather hand all the set-up to one team than spend your first weeks filling in forms.
What you get on top of Fully Inclusive
The package includes everything in our Fully Inclusive Package: formation with the £100 Companies House fee, identity verification by us as a Companies House ACSP, printed documents, a London or Edinburgh registered office and director service address for the first year, a virtual trading address, a free .co.uk domain, board minutes, our company filing service, and VAT and PAYE registration. On top of that, we set up:
- Google Business Profile. The listing that can show your business on Google Search and Google Maps, with your opening hours, phone number and website. We create it and request verification from Google.
- Facebook business page. A page in your company's name with your description and contact details, ready for your first post.
- Instagram business account. A business account with your profile details and a link to your website.
- Listings on 50 UK business directories. We add your business to 50 UK online directories with the same name, address and phone number everywhere. Consistent details help customers, and search engines, trust the information they see.
- Business email. An address on your own domain, such as you@yourcompany.co.uk, set up on the provider you choose, for example Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- One-page website. A simple, clean page on your free .co.uk domain with what you do and how to contact you. We set it up and publish it for you.
- UK trade mark check. We search the UK Intellectual Property Office (UK IPO) register for trade marks that match or are similar to your company name. This is a check, not a trade mark application.
What we do, and what stays with you
We set the profiles up and hand them over. You run them: you post, reply to messages and answer reviews. We do not promise rankings, followers or sales — nobody honestly can.
Two points to know in advance:
- Google verification. Google checks every Business Profile itself, and this may take some days. Your business must also be eligible: Google requires in-person contact with customers, either at your premises or at their location, or a staffed location. A purely online business may not qualify.
- Email subscription. The email provider charges its own monthly subscription. You choose the plan and pay the provider directly.
An example
Ana is starting Silva Grooming Ltd, a mobile dog-grooming service in Leeds. She orders Entrepreneurs Choice on Monday. Her company is registered the next day, and we verify her identity remotely. Over the following days her one-page website goes live at silvagrooming.co.uk, she starts using ana@silvagrooming.co.uk, and her Facebook and Instagram pages are ready for her first photos. Her Google Business Profile is set up as a service-area business covering Leeds and waits for Google's verification. Our trade mark check finds no conflicting marks, so she orders her van signs with confidence.
How it works
- Check your company name and pay online.
- Complete the company details form and choose a London or Edinburgh registered office.
- We verify the identity of each director and person with significant control remotely, as a Companies House ACSP, and form the company.
- You tell us about the business: what you offer, where you work, opening hours, contact details and, if you have them, a logo and photos.
- We set up your website, email, Google Business Profile, social pages and directory listings, run the trade mark check, and hand everything over with your login details.
- We prepare your VAT and PAYE registrations when you need them.
Is this the right package for me?
If you mainly need the company, the addresses and the HMRC registrations, Fully Inclusive is £1,400. If you want customers to find you online straight away, Entrepreneurs Choice saves you weeks of set-up. See all five packages on our comparison page, or contact us for a free recommendation.

Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee I'll appear on Google Maps?
No. We set up your Google Business Profile and request verification, but Google verifies every profile itself, which may take some days, and decides where it appears. Your business must also be eligible: Google requires in-person contact with customers or a staffed location.
Who pays for the email subscription?
You do. We set up your business email on the provider you choose, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and you pay that provider's subscription directly. Your .co.uk domain itself is included free.
Will you post on my social media or manage my pages?
No. We set up your Facebook page, Instagram account and Google Business Profile and hand them over to you. You post, reply and run them, so we do not promise followers, rankings or sales.
Is the trade mark check the same as registering a trade mark?
No. We search the UK IPO register for marks that match or are similar to your company name, so you can spot a problem early. Applying for a trade mark is a separate step; for advice on protecting your brand, speak to a trade mark attorney.
What is the difference between Entrepreneurs Choice and Fully Inclusive?
Fully Inclusive (£1,400) forms your company and covers addresses, documents, and VAT and PAYE registration. Entrepreneurs Choice (£2,400) includes all of that plus Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram set-up, 50 directory listings, business email, a one-page website and a UK trade mark check.
Is the Companies House fee included?
Yes. The £100 Companies House registration fee and 20% VAT are both included in the £2,400 price. There are no hidden fees.
