In short: £290 forms a UK private limited company by shares, including VAT and the £100 Companies House fee. You get a digital certificate of incorporation, articles of association, share certificates and company registers, identity verification by us as a Companies House ACSP, and HMRC Corporation Tax registration. Most companies are registered within 24 hours of us receiving your details.
What's included
- The £100 government fee Companies House charges to register a new company. It's already included in our price — there's nothing extra to pay.
- We check your proposed name against the Companies House register and the naming rules, and suggest alternatives if it's taken or needs approval.
- The official certificate from Companies House proving your company exists, with its name, number and date of incorporation.
- The memorandum records who founded the company; the articles are the company's rulebook — how directors make decisions, how shares work and more.
- A document for each shareholder showing how many shares they own. You'll often need it to open a bank account or prove ownership.
- The legal records every company must keep: members (shareholders), directors, people with significant control and more. We set them up for you.
- Every director and person with significant control must verify their identity with Companies House. As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) we can do it for you remotely and give you your personal code.
- A six-character code from Companies House that works like your company's signature for online filings. Keep it safe.
- We register your new company with HMRC for Corporation Tax, so you're set up to pay tax on profits from the start.
- Track your order, fill in company details, download your documents and message our team in one place — and ask us questions for as long as you're a client.
- The legally required checks on the people behind a company (UK Money Laundering Regulations). We complete them as part of your order.
- Lifetime email and phone support
Who the Digital Package is for
The Digital Package suits founders who want a company quickly and are happy to receive documents by email. It is a good fit if you will use your own UK address as the registered office, or add one of ours separately.
If you would rather keep your home address off the public register, the Privacy Package includes a registered office and director service address.
How it works
- Check your company name and pay online.
- Complete the company details form in your client account: directors, shareholders, people with significant control, registered office and business activity (SIC code).
- We verify the identity of each director and person with significant control remotely, as a Companies House ACSP, and give each person their personal code. Anyone who prefers can verify through GOV.UK One Login instead.
- We submit your application. When Companies House registers the company, your documents appear in your account and arrive by email.
What you need to provide
- The proposed company name
- Full name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence and service address for each director
- Shareholder names, addresses and number of shares
- A UK registered office address in the same nation as the company (England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland)
- A brief description of what the company will do
- A registered email address for Companies House to contact the company

Frequently asked questions
Is the Companies House fee really included?
Yes. The £100 Companies House registration fee is included in the £290 price. There is nothing else to pay to form the company.
Can I use this package if I live outside the UK?
Yes, but the company still needs a UK registered office address. You can add our Registered Office Address at checkout, or choose the Non-Resident Package.
Will I get paper documents?
Not with this package — all documents are sent by email and stored in your account. The Certified Package adds printed, bound documents posted worldwide.
Do directors need to verify their identity?
Yes. Since 18 November 2025 every new director and person with significant control must verify their identity with Companies House before the company can be registered. As a Companies House ACSP, we can complete the check for you remotely as part of your order and give you your personal code.
What is a company authentication code?
It is a six-character code from Companies House that acts like a signature for online filings. We give it to you once the company is registered — keep it safe.
