In short: the pack contains five UK templates: a shareholders' agreement, a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA), website terms and conditions, a website privacy policy and a director's service agreement. Each comes with plain-English guidance notes. These are templates, not legal advice; have a solicitor review them for your situation. The price is available on request: contact us to order.

What is in the pack
- Shareholders' agreement: sets out how shareholders make decisions, what happens if one wants to leave or sell, and how disputes are handled. It sits alongside your articles of association.
- Mutual NDA: protects confidential information that both sides share, for example when talking to a supplier, partner or investor.
- Website terms and conditions: the rules for using your website and, if you sell online, the basis on which you sell.
- Website privacy policy: explains what personal data your website collects, why, and how people can use their rights under UK data protection law.
- Director's service agreement: the terms between the company and a director who works in the business, such as duties, pay, notice and confidentiality.
Each template comes with guidance notes in plain English: what each section does, which parts you must fill in, and which choices are worth thinking about.
Who it is for
The pack suits new and small UK companies that want a sound starting point instead of copying documents from another business or from the internet. It is particularly useful when a company has more than one shareholder, or is about to launch a website.
Templates, not legal advice
Please read this before ordering. These are templates, not legal advice. They are written for common situations and cannot reflect the details of your business, your shareholders or your plans. We are not solicitors and we cannot tailor them for you or tell you whether they are right for your situation.
We strongly recommend that you have a solicitor review your completed documents, especially the shareholders' agreement and the director's service agreement. A review of a document you have already prepared usually costs less than having one written from scratch.
How to order
- Contact us by email or phone and tell us you would like the pack.
- We confirm the price and send you a payment link.
- Once payment is received, we email you the templates and guidance notes.
Using the templates well
- Read the guidance notes before you start filling anything in.
- Make sure the shareholders' agreement does not contradict your articles of association. If the two conflict, a solicitor can advise which needs to change.
- Update your privacy policy whenever your website starts collecting new data, such as newsletter sign-ups or analytics.
- Keep signed copies with your company records. Our Company Minute Book has room for them.
Your company may also need to pay the data protection fee to the Information Commissioner's Office. See ICO Registration.
Common mistakes
- Leaving placeholder text or square brackets in a signed document
- Using a shareholders' agreement without checking it against the articles
- Publishing a privacy policy that does not match what the website really does
- Not signing documents at all, so there is no evidence the parties agreed
