Who the plan is for
The plan suits owners of small UK limited companies who want the Companies House side handled without thinking about it. It works for new companies and for existing ones, whoever formed them. It is especially useful if you live abroad, run more than one company, or simply do not want to track deadlines.
What is included
- Registered office address. A central London address for companies registered in England and Wales, or a central Edinburgh address for companies registered in Scotland. The full address is confirmed after your order and identity checks. If your company is registered in Northern Ireland, contact us before ordering.
- Confirmation statement every year. We review your records, prepare the statement and file it, including the £50 Companies House fee.
- Up to 4 routine changes a year. Appointing or removing a director, changing the registered office, updating people with significant control (PSCs), or changing your SIC code or registered email address.
- Identity verification. We verify directors and PSCs who need it, as a Companies House Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP).
- Deadline reminders for your confirmation statement and your accounts.
- Official mail. Letters from Companies House and HMRC that arrive at your registered office are scanned and emailed to you.
- Priority support by email and phone, in 7 languages.
What is not included
Annual accounts and tax returns are not part of the plan. We remind you of the accounts deadline, but preparing and filing the accounts is a separate service: see Dormant Company Accounts for companies that have not traded, or Annual Accounts and Company Tax Return for trading companies. Share issues and transfers, name changes and non-routine work are also quoted separately.
How it compares with buying separately
Our separate prices are £250 a year for a registered office address, £190 for a confirmation statement, £95 to £100 for each routine change, and £75 per person for identity verification. The plan costs £588 a year (12 × £49).
To be honest about it: if all you need is a registered office and one confirmation statement, buying them separately (£440) costs less. The plan starts to cost less than buying separately once you add one routine change and one identity check, or two changes, in a year. It also spreads the cost into small monthly payments and gives you priority support.
No surprises
- You pay £49 a month. The first month is paid at checkout.
- There is no minimum term. Cancel any time and the plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for.
- Everything listed above is included, with no extra charge for it. If you ask for something outside the plan, we tell you the price before we start.
- If you cancel, you will need a new registered office address. We remind you so the change can be filed before the service ends.
