What you can do at our office
Choose a package and form your company
Talk through which package suits you, check your company name and complete the details with an agent. We submit to Companies House for you.
Have your ID checked in person
As a Companies House ACSP we verify directors and PSCs. Bring your passport or photo ID and proof of address and we can check them with you.
Sign and collect documents
Sign resolutions, forms and share certificates, and collect printed company documents instead of waiting for the post.
Filings and changes
Get help with your confirmation statement, director and shareholder changes, a change of name or registered office, and other Companies House filings.
Addresses and virtual office
Set up a registered office or an Edinburgh virtual office at a central Edinburgh address, so your home address stays off the public register.
Business bank account
Talk through business bank account options and get the company documents banks usually ask for. Each bank makes its own decision.
How to book a visit
We see clients by appointment only. That way a dedicated agent sets time aside for you, has your file ready and you do not wait. To book:

- Tell us what you would like to do, and who is coming. If you are forming a company or verifying your identity, we will tell you exactly which documents to bring.
If you already have an order, you can also ask for an appointment from the message tab in your client account.
What to bring
- a valid passport or other government-issued photo ID for each person being verified
- a recent proof of home address, such as a bank statement or utility bill
- your order number or company name, if you already have one
- any documents you want us to look at, sign or certify
Please do not post or email copies of passports. If we need ID before your visit, we will ask you to upload it securely in your client account.
Help in your language
We support clients in English, Lithuanian, Russian, French, German, Italian and Polish by email and phone. If you would like your visit in a language other than English, mention it when you book and we will tell you what we can arrange.

You do not have to come to Edinburgh to work with us. Can you verify my identity for Companies House in person?
Yes. We are a Companies House Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP). Bring your passport or photo ID and a proof of address, and we can check them with you as part of our identity verification service.
Do I need to visit to form a company?
No. Most clients form their company fully online. A visit is there if you prefer to talk it through face to face or want to sign and collect documents in person.
Can I use your office address as my registered office?
No. Our office address is for visits and correspondence with us. Our Registered Office Address service gives your company a central Edinburgh address, which we confirm after your order and identity checks.

All of the UK and clients abroad. We form companies in Scotland, England and Wales, and Northern Ireland, and you can work with us remotely from anywhere.
