What to include in your message
To help us answer in one reply, please tell us:
- Your name and, if you have one, your order number or company name
- What you want to do — for example, form a new company, change a director or renew an address
- Where the directors and shareholders live
- Any deadline you are working to
Please do not send copies of passports or other ID by email. If we need identity documents, we will ask you to upload them securely in your client account.
Response times
We reply to emails and messages within one working day, and usually sooner. Messages received at weekends or on UK bank holidays are answered on the next working day.
Languages
You can write to us in English, Lithuanian, Russian, French, German, Italian or Polish. We will reply in the same language where we can.
Need a price for something not listed?
For bespoke work, such as several companies at once, unusual share structures or bookkeeping, use Request a quote and tell us what you need. Most quotes are sent within one working day.

Can I visit your office?
Yes, but by appointment only. Contact us first to arrange a time. You do not need to visit to form a company — everything can be done online.
Do you speak my language?
We support English, Lithuanian, Russian, French, German, Italian and Polish. Write to us in any of these and we will reply in the same language where we can.
How fast do you reply?
Within one working day, Monday to Friday, and usually sooner. Messages sent at weekends are answered on the next working day.
Can you advise me on tax?
We cannot give tax advice for your situation. We can explain the basic deadlines and registrations, and for advice we suggest you speak to a qualified accountant.
I already have an order. How do I contact you about it?
Sign in to your client account and use the message tab. Your message is attached to your order, so we can answer faster.
Can I call you instead of emailing?
Yes. Call 0131 322 1309 between 9am and 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday. For anything involving documents, we may ask you to follow up in writing.
